Manaus - Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge - Manaus - Iguazu - Sao Paulo
10 Days / 9 Nights
Arrival to Manaus. Depending on your arrival time, you may either transfer directly to your Amazon lodge or spend one night at the 5* Hotel Tropical Manaus or Caesar Business Manaus. Please note these are the best hotel options in Manaus.
Day 2. MANAUS - ANAVILHANAS JUNGLE LODGE (All meals) After breakfast, pick up from your hotel for the land transfer to the Anavilhanas Jungle lodge, a small and fashionable Jungle Hotel across from Anavilhanas National Park, on the margins of Rio Negro (Negro River) and 180 kilometers (112 miles) outside of Manaus.
Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge is the only Hotel in Northern Brazil to be part of the Associação de Roteiros de Charme (Charm Itinerary Association).

After breakfast, enjoy a jungle hike with your naturalist guide before returning for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the River to view Pink Dolphins before returning for dinner.
Day 4. ANAVILHANAS JUNGLE LODGE (All meals) After breakfast, enjoy some regional canoe rowing through the region's creeks and flooded forest looking for wildlife before returning for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit to a snake research centre before returning for dinner.
Early start to the day watching the sunrise before going for a bird watching experience in canoes.
Return for breakfast and then enjoy further tours or perhaps some piranha fishing.
Lunch before visiting the Tiririca's Community and learn about their customs.
An early sunrise tour over the magnificent Amazon jungle before breakfast. Return to Manaus by car and transfer to the airport for your flight to Sao Paulo and your connecting flight to Iguazu. Transfer to your hotel, the Orient Express Das Cataratas. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 7. IGUAZU (All meals)Full day excursion of the Iguazu falls, the most voluminous falls in the world and more than three times the width of the Niagara Falls. The falls lie on the three borders of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. The tour will include a Macuco safari boat ride on the Parana River, heading towards the Iguazu falls themselves Return to your hotel.
Day 8. IGUAZU - ARGENTINA SIDE (All meals)Today, you will cross the border and enter Argentina for a closer view of these magnificent falls. Set in a subtropical rain forest reserve of over 180,000 hectares, Iguazu is home to jaguars, pumas, caiman and over 400 species of bird. It also offers a chance of seeing the falls close up. Return to Brazil and your hotel.
Day 9. IGUAZU (All meals)Today, you will enjoy a visit to the Bird Park before free afternoon at lesiure.
Day 10. IGUAZU - SAO PAULO (Breakfast)After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight back to Sao Paulo and your return flight home.
